FUTURENEERZ partnered with the Elevate Team over a 4-month period from May 2020 - Sept 2020 to deliver the Elevate Thriving Team Program. During COVID and in this current remote working environment we boosted the Elevate team’s collaboration, and performance, and enhanced team engagement & well-being.

How did we do this? We accomplished this through a globally recognised GALLUP strengths & engagement coaching approach paired with a unique online coaching platform; e2grow.

We delivered a 3-step approach by:

1. Combining a Reality Check, assessing the ‘here & now’ of the team & creating a KPI Dashboard to drive tangible business results at all levels of the organization.

2. Passion & Purpose Labs - individual & group coaching sessions that align with YOUR company vision & strategic priorities.
